Cuna-People of North America
The Cuna people are famous for their molas of layered cloth and stitching that tell of the animals of the tropical forest where they live. They sell the molas to a global market and use the funds to purchase land for preservation. They are very particular about the modern conveniences and entertainment they allow on their island home. They still live in thatched dwellings and harvest fruit from the forest along with the chicken and rice they grow.
